Fish and frogs can respire in water. can they respire through their skin? if yes, why do they have gills​

They have gills to respire in water and the skin to respire in the land,because they are amphibians and they can respire both on land and water using gills and skin, respectively.

Answer: yes.... Both fish and frog can respire in water , but in different ways frog can respire in water through skin the lungs of frog is not adapted to respire in water and frog don't have gills, but fish has gills so the respiration takes palce through gills.....
