Let the rational number be x

second number = -5/6

product of two number = 13/15

x \times   - \frac{ 5}{6}  =  \frac{13}{15}  \\  transpose \: the \: values \\ x =  \frac{13 \times 5}{15 \times 6}  \\ x =  \frac{13}{18}

other number = 13/18
