Fitness can't beat pandemic. It can improve your immune system. If you are fit then your immune system works better but there isn't much concrete data in regards to covid 19. Masks are more effective as they greatly reduce the viral load. So washing hands frequently or sanitising them and wearing masks is a much more effective strategy. Being fit makes you feel better in general because everyone admires and praises you. And you feel more active and better also cause exercise releases endorphins. Also fat shaming makes people feel terrible and not wanna exercise. Of course everything is great at moderation. If you feel ok with your body then you don't need to listen to other people about how you should look. People use fat shaming to make you feel bad and worthless and some won't even talk to you. Anytime someone says to healthy they will always shame you not help you. Maybe humans need humane politics to bring a change to empathetic attitudes towards other people.
