Reflex action are involuntary actions which are not in control of our brain ,it is part of spinal cord.
A tropism is a biological phenomenon, indicating growth or turning movement of a biological organism, usually a plant, in response to an environmental stimulus.

Reflex Actions are th sudden response to any stimuli whereas tropism is not sudden response . Reflex Actions are controlled by spinal cord and the path taken by them are known as reflex arc whereas tropism is a biological phenomena .........
