The responding involves three basic steps followed by two more steps. The tree basic steps are:

1. Listening to the question carefully.

2. Understanding the emotion of the question or meaning of the question.

3. Responding to the question.

The last two steps include :

1. Should not get involved in a debate or argument.

2. Remain professional, polite , calm and open.
