40 kg are placed at the corners A, B, C, D and the centre 0 of
a square frame of side 0.4 m. It is to be rotated about an axle
passing through the centre 0 and perpendicular to the
frame. Calculate the torque required to produce an angular
acceleration of pi/9 rad/s^2
