Solution:

If we Draw the figure of the given question !

we observe that there is a symmetry (plane of symmetry) about the center of Hexagon.

(where -q C charge is placed)

It is also clear that, the force between all 5, +qC charges and -q C charges is attractive force

Due to symmetry, opposite charges will cancel the Electrostatic force of atrraction of each other.

same thing is repeated with another pair of charge.

only, one +qC charge will exert force on -qC charge (opposite place is vacent)

so, Force due +qC charge and -qC charge on L m distance away is

F = 1/ 4π ε₀ * q.q/ L²  N

= 9 * 10⁹ * q²/L²   N , The force is in the direction of +qC/-qC charge , along line joining the ceter of charges.
