in the triangle 2 , 3 ohm resistor are connected in series and 1 is in parallel due to direction of current . so add them up

3+3 = 6

and for parallel

1/R = 1/3 + 1/6= 1/2

so equivalent R of trangle is 2 ohm.

now the resultant 2 ohm resistor and 0.5 ohm resistor each are connected in series

so again add them

2+0.5 +0.5 = 3ohm

so total resistance is 3

current = voltage/ resistance

so current or reading of ammeter is 3/3 ampere
