4x-20=11y-55
4x-11y=-55+20

20x-55y=-175................................(4)

[subtracting equation number (4)from question number (3)]
WE GET,

7y=175
y=175/7
y=25

[substituting the y=25 in equation no. (1)]
5x-12y=0
5x-12(25)=0
5x-300=0
5x=300
x=300/5
x=60

SOLUTION:
x=60;y=25
