So, (x-5) = 3(y-5)

⇒ x - 5 = 3y - 15

⇒ x = 3y - 10               ...(1)

10 years later from now,

Sagar's age will be (x+10)

Tinu's age  will be (y+10)

Given, Sagar's age will be 20 years more than Tinu's age.

So, (x+10)-(y+10) = 20

⇒ x - y = 20                                       ...(2)

Substituting the value of x from (1), we get:

3y - 10 - y = 20

⇒ 2y = 30
