Reason why the candle goes off when it is blown strongly:

Flame of burning candle goes off when we blow strongly over it because burning of a substance and production of energy from it is called as combustion and it is a gas phase reaction. In this process temperature must play due role which includes vaporization of was as well as the production of energy required for the reaction to occur.

Heat is considered as prerequisite factor as it is involved in collision of wax material and air molecules. When we blow the burning candle we are reducing the temperature in which the reaction occurs and thus the flame goes off.

Explanation:

The flame is blown away from the candle is because the air we blow toward it moves faster than the speed of flame front. so,the air you blow at it moves the flame away from its fuel source.
