Flavia wrote the decimal expansion of a number and described it as follows:

(I): 0.01011011101111011111 ....
( after every zero increase the number of ones by 1. Hence we get 0. 01 011 0111 01111...and so on)

(II): 0.314314314  ....
(repeat 314 one after the other. Hence we get 0.314 314 314 ....)

What can you say about the numbers whose decimal expansions are given above?

A

Both the numbers are irrational numbers.

B

(I) is a rational number and (II) is an irrational number.

C

(I) is an irrational number and (II) is a rational number.

D

Nothing can be said about the numbers.
