Length of house = 20 m.

Breadth of house = 15 m.

∴ Area of house = Length * Breadth

                           = 20 * 15

∴ Area of garden = Area of square plot - Area of house

                             = 625 - 300

                             = 325 m².

(ii)

Cost of developing garden per m² = 55.

Cost of developing 325 m² garden = 55 * 325

                                                           = 17875.

∴ Total cost of developing garden = 17875.
