Value of x is 20.

To find : The value o x and histogram representing the information.      

Given :    

Table 1 :

Note : Table is attached below.

Table 1 shows the marks obtained by 180 students in mathematics examination.

Finding the value of x :

Add the values of number of students.

(i.e.,) 25 + x + 30 + 2x + 65 = 180    (Given data)

                            120 + 3x = 180

                                      3x = 180 - 120

                                      3x = 60

                                        x = \frac{60}{3}  

                                        x = 20

Hence, x = 20 ; 2x = 2 × 20 = 40

Table 2 :

Table 2 shows the values of x and 2x.

Picture 3 represents the histogram of the given data.

Therefore, value of x is 20.

25+30+65=120

number of students is equals to 180.

120+3x= 180

3x=180-120

3x=60

x= 60/3

x=20

2x= 2X 20 =40
