Classification of cell into prokaryotic and eukaryotic cell is based on whether the cell nucleus has well differentiated nucleus or not. If the nucleus has well differentiated nucleus it is termed as eukaryotic cell and the other with no well differentiated nucleus is termed as prokaryotic cell.

Eucaryotes --these cells have nucleus present in it .. Prokaryotes have no nucleus in its cells. Hope this helps ::::::
