the correct equation would be :

2KCLO3(s) = 2KCL(s) +3O2(g)

When KCLO3 ( Potassium Chlorate) is beaten in presence of catalyst MnO2 , it decomposes to form KCL (Potassium Chloride) and Oxygen.

So,

Correct option will be A ,

It is Decomposition and Endothermic Reaction.
