let a and b be the zeroes

a+b=4

5+b=4. .........( given: 1 zero is 5)

b=-1

product of zeroes

ab=5*-1

ab=-5

now standard form of quadratic equation is

x^2-Sx+P

put values of S and P ........(S is sum and P is product of zeroes)

x^2-4x-5
