This is only because of one reason which is when food reacts with the atmospheric oxygen. The reaction take place early in summers then in winters.

foods spoil faster in summer only because of microorganism. in summer season temperature is hot and high and microorganism get favourable condition for multiplying so in summer microorganism multiply quickly and our food got spoiled.and if we talk about winter so in winter season temperature is very low and microorganism are not able to multiply fastly so our food do not get spoiled in winter time in comparison to summer
