Food is a source of energy for our body. and to keep our body fit and healthy we must eat our food properly and we should eat balanced food over eating is also an bad habit as it makes our body fat and even tired. as we say "eat to live, not live to eat". so we are just eating food to live healthy, and that we are not living to just eat.
