Food is a source of energy for us. It is important for us to eat healthy and nutritious food. But now a days, people are eating more junk food than healthy food. Junk food such as burger, fried food are unhealthy and has poor nutritional value. These food also contains artificial colours and chemicals. These foods can causes many diseases such as high blood pressure, diabeties. On the other hand, healthy food has high nutritional value. So, we should eat more healthy food which includes fruits and vegetables which keep us fit. We should also take vitamins and minerals. Instead of eating junk food, we should eat healthy foods which makes us fit.
