HERE WE have

a1=2, b1=4, c1=10

a2=2, b2=4, c2=-10

NOW

 \frac{a1}{a2}  =  \frac{b1}{b2}  which \\  \: is \: not \: equal \: to \:  \frac{c1}{c2}

therefore it has no solution
