Let, the point be P

Now, Points which cut the line AB in the ratio 2:3 where, A = (3,2) and B = (8,7)

$P = \frac{2 \times 8 + 3 \times 3}{2 + 3} \: and \: \frac{2 \times 7 + 3 \times 2}{2 + 3} \\ \\ = > P = \frac{25}{5} \: and \: \frac{20}{5}$

So, the point P = (5,4) ✔
