t =√2H/√9.8

Explanation:

We know, displacement is 's' . So,

s = ut + 1/2at²

Here,

Initial velocity,u = 0 ,. height,s = H,. acceleration due to gravity,a = g(9.8m/s)

So,

  • H = 0t + 1/2gt²
  • H = 1/2gt²
  • t² = 2H/9.8
  • t = √2H/√9.8

Hope it helps
