B is the subset of A union B​

think logically and imagine

take the two sets A and B

now take union of them

it will include all elements from A as well as B

hope you followed till now.

now you can easily think rationally that all elements from the set B will have to be there in the set A U B. right ? ( since we made A U B by taking all elements from the set B in the first place )

all elements from B are there in A U B but A U B has some extra elements which came from A which might not be there in B.

thus B is the subset of A union B.

we can even do the proof by two other ways

1. by taking various examples ( not really  a proof )

2. by drawing venn diagrams
