100 : 11

Step-by-step explanation:

To get the ratio we need to convert the measurements to be of the same unit.

The easiest is to convert the mm to cm.

10 mm = 1 cm

We convert 11 mm to cm.

We have :

11/10 = 1.1 cm

Or we could covert the cm to mm as follows :

10 × 10 = 100 mm

For every 11 mm of colored fabric 100 mm of white fabric.

White fabric : colored fabric

100 : 11
