ANSWER

The question can be answered in two ways.

~For the question

1)It is said that Nothing can travel faster than light according to the Famous theory of relativity given by Sir Einstein.

2)Actually, there is nothing contradiction in the achieving speed more than light by any body in Theory of Special Relativity , rather it says that any normal object can travel faster than light but the problem is that it would require infinite energy for traveling of an object at speed more than light.

3)The main thing the faster something travels the more massive it becomes and also the time gradually slows down until

the speed of light is reached when the time stops completely!

4)Light is considered to be made of Small particles which are called Photons and are massless particles. So light can travel very fast without needing energy.

5)But if we use an object or an particle, it needs to have some mass which would actually be the barrier for reaching a speed more than light.

6)It would require infinite force to make a particle or an body to travel faster than light but that's impossible.

So,we can't travel faster than light.

Extra Information

~Against the question

-But a recent contradiction is there. A fundamental particle called Tachyon is claimed to be faster than the speed of the light but this particle is not proved to exist.

It is just a theory until now and is a Hypothetical particle.

-According to the Theory of Special relativity, if we can travel faster than light then we can do time traveling!

Hey mate.

Here is your answer-

Well in today's world where we are living we have discovered a lot of things and are discovering. Similarly, light was a just thing but the great scientist Albert Einstein discovered a special quality of light which in the whole universe hasn't found in some other matter.

According to Albert Einstein Light is the fastest thing in the world in vacuum and which is even now today. Nothing can travel faster than light. And by theories and proves given by Einstein its true. The speed of light in vacuum is 299,792,458 km/h.

So we have nothing discovered anything which is fastest than light or have same speed of light. Well a question also arises by this 'Can we travel with the speed of light?' This question has really puzzled a lot of scientists.

But according Einstein's great theory, 'General Theory of Relativity' nothing can travel with the speed of light. Yes, i. e, nothing can travel with the speed of light. According to him an object may travel faster than the speed of light or little slower than it. But nothing can travel with the speed of light.

By calculating and analysing the laws of astronomy and nature he concluded that may be something can exist which may moves faster than light, but nothing is exist which can moves with speed of light.

Thus, we can never travel with the speed of light. But we even can't travel even around of speed of light. Because, according to Einstein and String Theory only one dimensional things can travel with that speed, like waves. If we tried to move an 3D object with that speed it would burn up completely due to friction and immense heat and energy.

But with recent research scientist and founding that a Tachyon named particle travels faster than light. It is said that when light is produced Tachyon is also produced with them and reaches just few billion trillion part of a second before. But it is not proved and if it is proved then it would state many nature and Einstein's law wrong.

Hope it helps!!!
