- In the orthorhombic crystal system, all the edge lengths a, b and c are not same (or we can say all the edge lengths are diferent), i.e., a ≠ b ≠ c
- apart from this, in the orthorhombic crystal system, all the axial angles are at right angles to each other, or we can say that α = β = γ = 90°
