there are two ways you can prepare EDTA solution of different concentration.

1. by preparing the higher concentration of stock solution and subsequently diluting in solvent system. (normally EDTA dissolves in alkaline pH, or by adding EDTA to a slightly warmed distilled water)

2. By directly dissolving: required calculated mass (g) of EDTA in the solvent system.

For this: the Molecular weight of EDTA, Volume required, Morality.

Mass (g) = (M.Wt of EDTA * Molarity * vol required) / 1000
