Let one of the zero be a. So, the other root is a^2.

Now, a.a^2=a^3=1

Therefore, the roots are 1,w,w^2.

Now, if a=1.Then

-p/3=2

p=-6.

But, then p is negative. So, we will omit this case.

Now, whenever one root is w the other root is w^2 and vice-versa.

w+w^2=-1

Therefore,

-p/3=-1

So, p=3. Is, the correct answer.
