If you increase the pressure or decrease the volume , the reaction will shift towards right as when any of the above two is done the reaction goes towards decreasing gaseous moles.

You can also shift it to right by adding Cl₂ or PCl₃ and also remove some PCl₅ as according to Le Chatlier's principle , the reaction will move in the direction to compensate the effect
