Hey,
The speed of light in the second mefium is less since the RI of a medium is inversely proportional to the speed .
Hope this helps u buddy !!

The medium in which the speed of light is less is media A
Suppose, the angle of incident is = i
The angle of refraction in media A = 25°
The angle of refraction in media B = 35°
We know, from the rule of refraction,
Sin i = μ Sin r [r is the refraction angle]
⇒ μ = Sin i/ Sin r
⇒ μ ∝ 1/ Sin r
Or, μ ∝ 1/r
Or, r ∝ 1/μ
And, speed of light in a medium, v = c/μ [c is the speed of light in free space which is constant]
∴ v ∝ 1/μ
∴ v ∝ r
So, of which the medium refractive angle is less, the velocity of the light is less.
So, the medium A will have less velocity of light.
