Answer: For uploading a bot to control room one needs to able to access the software Automation Anywhere.

An Automation Anywhere is mindfully designed in such a way that it considers every aspect of the process automation, right from bot creation to executing, creating the triggers, creating the workflows, monitoring, and reporting results.  

For uploading a bot, the administrator of Control Room must assign the user a role with upload permission. In My Tasks menu, right-click the bot you just created and thereafter you need to click Upload.
