Hiii here is your answer

Chemically, ATP is an adenine nucleotide bound to three phosphates. There is a lot of energy stored in the bond between the second and third phosphate groupsthat can be used to fuel chemical reactions. When a cell needs energy, it breaks this bond to form adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and a free phosphate molecule

ATP Molecule. The Adenosine triphosphate(ATP) molecule is the nucleotide known in biochemistry as the "molecular currency" of intracellular energy transfer; that is, ATP is able to store and transport chemical energy within cells.

The enzymatic removal of a phosphate group from ATP to form ADP releases a huge amount of energy which is used by thecell in several metabolic processes as well as in the synthesis of macromolecules such as proteins. ... Thus, ATP functions as a reliable energy source for cellular pathways.

During the process of Cellular Respiration the energy released is temporarily stored in ATPs ( Adenosine Triphosphate) and when our body needs energy the ATPs are broken down to release energy to be used by cells for vital purposes.
