Here is yr answer.....
f(x) = 2x³ - hx² + 5x + 9
x + 2 = 0 => x = -2
f(x) = 0
2(-2)³ - h(-2)² + 5(-2) + 9 = 0
2(-8) -h(4) -10 + 9 = 0
-16 - 4h - 10 + 9 = 0
-17 - 4h = 0
-4h = 17
h = -17/4
