for consecutive term in AP the common difference should be same
so
(4k-6) - (k+2) = (4k+2) - (4k-6)
4k-6-k-2 = 4k+2 -4k +6
-8-k = 8-4k
3k= 16
k= 16/3
k must be equal to 16/ 3
so
(4k-6) - (k+2) = (4k+2) - (4k-6)
4k-6-k-2 = 4k+2 -4k +6
-8-k = 8-4k
3k= 16
k= 16/3
k must be equal to 16/ 3
