For what value of k, (k^2 - 4) x^2 + 2x - 9 = 0 is not quadratic equation?​

it wont be quadratic if the square of x becomes '0'

so following one basic step we will get that!

---------------------------------------------------------------

k^{2} -4=0\\=>k^{2} =4\\=>k= +-2\\\\

so the coefficient of 'k' is 0

ans: ±2
