for what value of n , are the nth terms of two APs : 63, 65,67....... and 3,10,17 ....... equal ?

for 1st AP ... a = 63 and d = 2

for 2nd AP...a = 3 and d = 7

so, as nth term are equal..

so..

from 1st and 2nd APs..

63 + (n-1)2 = 3+(n-1)7

63+2n-2 = 3+7n-7

61+2n = 7n-4

65 = 5n

so...

n = 13...
