3x +my -10=0 ,9x+12y-30=0
a₁ =3 a₂=9 ,b₁=m ,b₂=12 ,c₁ =-10,c₂ =-30
a₁/a₂≠b₁/b₂
=3/9 ≠m/12
=12×3 ≠9m ( cross mutlipilcation)
=36 ≠9m
=m≠ -4
