For which of the following parameters the structural isomers
C₂H₅OH and CH₃OCH₃ would be expected to have the same

(b) Vapour pressure at the same temperature
(c) Heat of vaporization

Option (D) i.e. Gaseous densities at the same temperature and pressure would be same of C_{2} H_{5} OH and CH_{3} OCH_{3} .

  • All the other three option i.e. Boiling point, Vapour pressure at the same temperature and Heat of vaporization would not be same because of the Hydrogen Bonding which exist in case of C_{2} H_{5} OH and do not exist in case of CH_{3} OCH_{3} .
