Answer: First you divide the polynomial by x+3 by using remainder theorem. The value of g(x) =0. Then x+3 =0, and x=-3. Put the value of -3 to the polynomial . It would be coming --27 +6m+21 . -27+21+6m=0. -6+6m=0. 0+6=6m. Then the value of a = 1.
