if line l is parallel to Line m
then

130°+ 2x+6°=180°. [corresponding angles ]
=> 2x+6=50°
=>2x=44°
=>x=22°

Answer:

For x = 22° line L ║ m , so option (3) is correct.

Step-by-step explanation:

Suppose, line l parallel to line m

From the figure ∠LPQ = 130 ° and ∠MQP = (2x+6)°

∠APL = ∠MQP = (2x+6)° ( Corresponding angles)

Since, AB forms a straight line Thus ,

∠APL +∠LPQ = 180°  ( sum of linear pair is 180° )

(2x + 6)°  + 130°  = 180°

(2x + 6)° =   180° - 130°

2x° +6° = 50°

2x° = 50° - 6°

2x° = 44°

x° = 22°

Thus, option (3) is correct.
