J = integration F.dt

= [t².dt] from 1 to 4

By integrating we get

J =[ t³/3] from 1 to 4

Now substitute time t= 4 and t =1 and cube it and as denominator are same make it under 3 all over. Always upper limit - lower limit. Here upper limit is 4 and lower limit is 1.

= [4³-1³/3]

= [64- 1/3]

= 63/3

= 21 N/sec
