Let there be a Conductor of length ( L ) and carrying current ( i ) and it is kept in a uniform magnetic field ( B ) at an angle Ф .

Then the force acting on the current carrying conductor by magnetic field B will be. :-

⇒ F = i·( L×B ) *( L× B is vector product)

⇒ F = iBL sinФ
