i think,torque is the right ans. as it is is the tendency of a force to rotate an object about an axis

frictional force is responsible for moving a bike because it is a kind of contact force and no vehicle can not run without friction 
1 point is to be working on this concept if it work rotation about an axial point it should provide  force to move the bycyle is  torque 
t = r×f
