Evergreen forest : Evergreen plants in evergreen forests have leaves or needles that stay on the plant throughout all of the seasons. This does not mean that the needles or leaves never die or fall off. It means that when they do, they are replaced by new ones and the plant is never without greenery.

Deciduous forest : Deciduous trees in deciduous forests lose their leaves flow September onwards, with some trees, this is accompanied by stunniodelus autumn colors. This happens at different points throughout the autumn, depending upon, the species of tree and weather at the point that this occurs.

Thorny forest : These forests grow in very dry areas with little rainfall and high temperatures. Most of the trees are thorny. The common trees are Babul, Seethaphal, Moduga, Neem etc. In Telangana, they are found in Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar and some parts of Medak districts.

Littoral or Swamp forest : These forests grow mostly on the sea coasts, on sandy beaches and marshy lands on lands affected by y tidal waves. The trees are adapted to salt waters and tidal waves. These are also called mangrove forests.
