Since, Sum of zeroes = -√2

Product of zeroes =-4

Therefore,

required \: polynomial =  {x}^{2}  - ( -  \sqrt{2} )x + ( - 4)  \\  =  {x}^{2}  +  \sqrt{2} x - 4
