Solution :-

We know that , Quadratic equation formula is

$k( {x}^{2} - x( \alpha + \beta ) + \alpha \beta )$

substitute , sum of zeroes = 3 ; product = -2

$k( {x}^{2} - x(3) + ( - 2)$

$k( {x}^{2} - 3x - 2)$

If k = 1 , we get....

${x}^{2} - 3x - 2$
