x^2 - 14x + 46

Then the another root will be beta

alpha + beta = 14

7 -root3 + beta = 14

beta = 7 + root3

alpha*beta = 7 - root3 * 7 + root3 =  46

GENERAL EQUATION : x^2 - ( alpha + beta )x + alpha * beta

therefore the equation will be x^2 - 14x + 46
