First Root (A) = 3

Second Root (B) = -4

So, Sum of roots (A+B) = 3 + (-4)

= -1

Product of Roots (A×B) = 3×(-4)

= -12

And, we know that any quadratic equation is of the form: x^2 -(A+B)x + (A×B)

Hence, the equation is:

Equation => x^2 -(A+B)x + (A×B)

= x^2 -(-1)x + (-12)

= x^2 + x - 12
