I am reaching out to you because I have a complaint about stray dogs on 57'th Street , Mulberry Avenue . The stray dogs here roam freely and they have bitten many people carrying food items like bread,roti etc. I have complained many times to the animal control but to no avail. Please take action on this as soon as possible because many people may get brutally injured
